Sunny Sunday here too. Gorgeous day for a run, my lungs are still suffering from dregs of my cold so it felt like a tough run.

Gorgeous day here! Getting ready to head out for a 10K Solstice Run to the Lighthouse, just after sunset. Party to follow. :)

The trail club has a solstice run this morning. Everyone had a gulp of Fireball as the bottle went around one way and then a bottle of something else went around the other way and everyone had a gulp of that, then we finished off the Fireball bottle halfway into the run and then headed to the tavern for beer and food.
Would have been a great day but then I had to go and play 2 hours of floor hockey and then went to the tavern for beer. I am tuckered out now.

35 minutes straight up, 27 minutes straight down. Roughly 5km covered and 1200 feet ascent.
