A little over 11K for me this morning . . . in shorts! What a gorgeous day out there. I even had to unzip my jacket and shed my gloves as I was getting a bit too warm. That's a nice feeling for Dec 26th, LOL :D

Gah. Fat and scant of breath. Not enough time for running this month, but I hope that will change. Got out for 6 km today. A little stiff and sore from some misadventures earlier in the week, but mostly just larded up from Christmas.

2000m in the pool for me. Legs feel pretty good after yesterday at Whistler-- just a bit of quad soreness. The swimming was nice recovery.

My last three 100's were all under 2:20. That's fast for me. 8)
