I was born in the year of the Dragon. So I appreciate them from time to time too...

Ride to work along our lovely river trail...
22 halfs (PR 1:42:02) :)
5 full (PR 3:48:21)
...and a smattering of adventure and trail races thrown in for good measure!

long run for me - 20km along the canal ice. some wind, some slipping, but lots of sun. great run.

I appreciate Dragons but I'm taking a rest day today. Need to conserve my energy in hopes of doing tomorrow's long run.

I think we should appreciate dragons every day. To the gym, short and sweet: 30 min. bike to nowhere, 30 min. treadmill (1:1's) at 1% incline.

Easy 5K on the TM for me. I'm a wee bit sore today so just wanted to get things moving.

My DS really appreciates dragons in fact I think he is a bit obsessed. I did Thursdays workout today and it was very difficult after yesterday's tough trainer workout.
