...no post yet? I did 20 Miles outside today. 2nd half nicer than the first half but still a pretty good day.. Little or no wind.

Yep Robin. Sunny and cold but no wind. I was actually a bit overdressed. 23k this am in the cemetery. Conditions were snow packed, so a bit tougher.

This, but I also did 11k outside before the 10k inside in the treadmill.

11K this morning in minus many degrees with the regular group. Well, there were only the 4 of us today. Very slow pace but managed to stay warm. Then we went for a nice & greasy brunch. 90 minutes of soccer this evening to round off the day.
