Re: Super Bowl Sunday
I will be walking for 55 minutes with the clinic. I guess the benefit of walking is that I can try to dress for the weather (wet!) and I won't overheat. It will be interesting to see how many folks skip today and use the Super Bowl as an excuse.

So true!
It's church, run, then later......go PATRIOTS. We are just having one friend over. I'll be outnumbered for who I'm cheering for.

Re: Super Bowl Sunday
After a late night last night, I was not inclined to face the chilly temperatures outside morning. 16 k on the treadmill for me

Back from an awesome snowshoeing weekend in Gatineau Park. We hiked in about 6.5 very hilly km in 1hr45min yesterday and about 90 minutes back out today. Very chilly, but beautiful!
