Good Morning RM.

I'm heading out to the Rust Buster 10K this morning.

Then home to watch the Seahawks win Super Bowl. GO HAWKS :dance:
On the books for 2017:
50th Birthday!!
Boston Marathon- April 17th what a day- DREAM COME TRUE :dance:
Run for Water 10K- May 28th
Scotia Half - June 25th
Trail River Run half marathon- Sept. 30- CANCELLED
MEC 10K Race 10- Nov. 5

I will be walking for 55 minutes with the clinic. I guess the benefit of walking is that I can try to dress for the weather (wet!) and I won't overheat. It will be interesting to see how many folks skip today and use the Super Bowl as an excuse.

I'm early for swim group. Then later... go PATRIOTS!!

It's church, run, then later......go PATRIOTS. We are just having one friend over. I'll be outnumbered for who I'm cheering for.

10K on the TM for me, I wasn't going to brave the -30 wind chills this morning.

As for the Super Bowl, go Dolphins!!!!! Oh yeah, that won't work. Okay, go whoever is playing New England!!!! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

13 miles outside...cut this one a mile short as I just wanted it to be done! OK going out, super cold coming back.

After a late night last night, I was not inclined to face the chilly temperatures outside morning. 16 k on the treadmill for me

I don't really have a team I'm cheering for, but that won't stop me from watching! 8k done this morning (slept in too late after a late night :oops: ), now have a whole flock of 5 year olds over for a play date until game time.

Just a 26k on the track in the Dome this morning ... got a bit loopy towards the end ... Ha!!! :)

10 minutes really hard on the rowing machine followed by 15 minutes of not so hard. Got my dose of football on TV this morning....

Back from an awesome snowshoeing weekend in Gatineau Park. We hiked in about 6.5 very hilly km in 1hr45min yesterday and about 90 minutes back out today. Very chilly, but beautiful!
