Get rich? Sounds good to me! I figured I didn't need to torture my legs again today, so it was 13k recovery on the treadmill!

How do we get rich?!

Back at it today: 3 x 9:1 on the treadmill.

Felt good, I'm too much of a winter wuss to go running outside these days.

Too slippery on the sidewalks today for running outside. I went up to the treadmill and did an hour (11.2 km) while watching freestyle skiing. At least it was something worth watching! Made the time pass rather more quickly.

Forty minutes Nodic walking with the clinic. The sun was shining today so I was laughing. I'm not rich yet though.

Planned a snow shoe walk with C-Moss this morning.
Got C-Moss dressed in her warm winter coat...put on her leash...she dug in her heels and refused to leave the house.
Hmmm....perhaps she was the smart one...I braved the elements and got out for a good walk...and got home before the freezing rain set in.

20k outside. The wind was from the north today, so it was cold, plus still a bit of ice to be careful of.

18 miles in just over 70 minutes on the recumbent bike while watching an episode of Star Wars: Rebels and the new episode of Walking Dead.
