I've been taking it very easy this week (recovery = lazy) but I did have a good swim yesterday.

Today I will go to the gym and I will probably do an easy jog on the treadmill and/or easy spin on the bike.

+6 degrees here, therefore lots of puddles and mud. Started with a bit of speedwork: 3 x 2.15K threshold (~3:40/K) with 2 minute jog recoveries and then an extended cooldown to take it to 21K. I'm not feeling very fit right now but this is the kind of workout that can change that.

Regular Thursday night run, just short of 6km on our "hilly" route.

My calves were feeling pretty tight but otherwise it was a good run.
