Thank God for the final Monday in Feb.

I did 8K using 2:1's for recovery this am, then some stretching and strength.

Do I do 10k and stop and Tims and walk home with a coffee, or do I do 12k and make my own coffee at home? That was my big dilemma this morning.
12k and make my own coffee was the final outcome.

Temporarily warm here, +1 and windy. Will do 11 or 12 k after work.
