16K done in 1:40. Today was the perfect winter running day I've been hoping for since December.

I'll go with the one created first.

I did 17k but by the end it felt like I was finishing a much longer run. Usually it takes a bit getting the legs used to playing golf the day before and running the next day. Beautiful day.

went with some friends up to the sea to summit trail (this is the one that goes up to the new gondola and stuff in squamish). It was a gorgeous day and a tough climb. We stopped at the top to check out the bridge and the view and for food, and then decided to run back down the service road, which added a bunch. We ended up with roughly 22-23km.

5 km on the TM this morning since I was solo with both kids. This afternoon we hit the canal for what will probably be the final skate of the year. about 1.2 km at three-year-old pace. not exactly a workout but great to be out in the sun!

I know it's different for me, but I'm solo all week too. 10k done on my treadmill.
