I kept the Nordic track speed above 6 for 35 minutes.
This caused heavy breathing, sweat, giddiness and endorphins. Now I am all weakness. But in a good mood for once!

10K with 12X30s strides. Awesome morning for a run. The rain hits us later though.

quick trip up to quarry rock and back, 45 minutes (just long enough to get the endorphins flowing!).

Re: Huffing Puffing Thursday
After five consecutive nights of insomnia, I finally cracked and took a sleeping pill last night. A good night of sleep felt amazing, but I was predictably a bit groggy this morning. I had an interval workout scheduled, which I got through, and it actually felt fairly solid. I was definitely conservative at the beginning though. I did 5×800, Starting at 3:16, then 3:14, then 3:11, then 3::09, and finally 3:07. One definite advantage of the treadmill is the ease with which I can pick a pace. I was definitely awake at the end of the workout!

Easy 10 km run on the indoor track this morning. It should have been outdoors but I wasn't organized enough for that. Felt good to do something after two full days off, and definitely burned off a little stress!

Good job! I love the treadmill for speed work. The pace changes help break up the boredom, and there's no room for faking it. Knowing I have to actually change the speed setting will keep me running, whereas on a track I'd slow down for sure, and sometimes probably wouldn't fully realize that I was doing so.

Just short of 6km with a 1k hill in the middle. I was really not in the mood beforehand but it was a good run and I definitely felt better after.
