Finally Friday

A nice and steady 15K done this morning. We have much cooler temps today. With the wind I actually felt chilled several times................

Run for Water 10K- May 28th
Scotia Half - June 25th
Trail River Run half marathon- Sept. 30- CANCELLED

10 km with the stroller- mostly in the rain again. Not the beautiful spring weather I was hoping for to wrap up my mat leave!

5km along the canal in the light rain with Irongirl and IronDaughter on her bike.

Nice to have some company.

10 really wet KM's in and around the greenbelt for me. It sounds nuts, but it was actually quite refreshing out!

5k on the treadmill in the basement and strength done. The sky is very black and didn't want to chance it outside.

Too busy, had to take the day off. The fact that it rained all day kinda help me make that decision!

First run attempt since I fell and got injured (including losing half my front tooth) on my run last week. I started a new job on Monday so I made a great first impression. ;) Anyway, today I ran 1k then walked back to my car. I'll give it another week.

I think I just bruised my ribs and did something to my toe. I was down in a split second (thus the face plant/broken tooth) but it could have been much worse so it's all good.
