Rainy and 16 degrees here, so I slept in and didn't start my run until almost 9:00. :) A little over 9k in an hour. Hardly anyone on the trail due to the rain. The coffee after was really good.

Windy here at 5:30am when I started 53 laps on a half mile paved trail around a drainage pond. This is the sort of run that makes races comfy and interesting by comparison.
