Missing Monday?! :)

Postby ultraslacker » Mon Jan 25, 2016 1:56 pm

Where is everyone?

I did 6.5 miles, a loop from home with part trail, part road. Took awhile to warm up but once I did I felt great. :)

belated post! I did my interval workout monday on my way to work (extended the route) - 7 x 1000m with 200m jog recoveries. Last year I did this workout at 5:07 pace - this year, it was 4:47. This training works!

3 miles on TM. Was battling some calf and foot issues after Run4RKids (well that started during) and seems to be finally on it's way out (thanks to my chiropractor, some graston and acupuncture).
