Re: Don't be late Sunday
Up way too early for a long run. After an hour of fighting a flag-snapping wind, someone remarked that at least it was dry. Seconds later, the sleet started. Ended up with 27 soul-sucking K.
Re: Don't be late Sunday
Out late ( for us ) last night and with the clocks going forward, I decided to not run into the Waterloo RR this morning. Instead I drove in with Mrs. Tortoise. I had a nice 2 hour run/walk. the first half with the marathon clinic runners and the rest with my friend Janet.
Re: Don't be late Sunday
No time change here yet....
5 miles in 40 minutes. On par with what I used to run and way, way faster than anything I've been doing down here. I was running in the middle of a 10k race on the same street, must have been that.

Re: Don't be late Sunday
A great 8k with the clinic. It was a mostly continuous run with three walk breaks. The participants all did great, the only whining was from us leaders. An 8k run the morning after 29 run is a bit rough, thankfully our route was mostly downhill.

Not quite magnificent out yet, just 6˚C, and windy too, but at least it feels like it's heading towards warmer. I got out for 11.7 km, which is the longest I've done in a while, and my stats say that I've run 71.3 km in the last 30 days, which means I'm getting back towards where I want to be. I'm all done my latest master's degree (finally!), so I'm looking forward to having more free time for running!

21km up and down bby mountain. We were trying to follow someone else's route and kept missing turns. By the end it started raining and I was freezing.
Warmed up with pizza and now going to take a nap. :)
