8K for me. The sidewalks are all clear of ice and the sun is shining. Beautiful morning!

Coached spin with the early (6am) group this morning, as we had plans later this morning.

Plans got cancelled, so now I get to be lazy for a bit :)

And here I thought a 7AM spin (wake up time 5:50AM) was early for a Saturday!

40K TT done in 1:30. Took 2 minutes off my previous time from February.

10k with Atlas, a Rodesian Ridgeback and his owner. The dog has us running pretty fast for an easy run on a Saturday morning.

beautiful here! 22 km at 5:20 pace - a shorter and zippier long run than usual. My training buddy is out of town so we scheduled in a cut back week since we were both running solo. Refueling with chocolate bunnies

Normally I go to the 8am group, getting up for the 6am one hurts too much.

I ended up having a nap after I got home

Same as Scrummy, but not 5:20 pace ;). Still. Peppy enough to for me with a big negative split.

7 miles done, trails, with a friend. It took a little over 2 hours due to difficulty! Lovely day though!

Good 32.5k run with the last 16k with Jen. Time to taper the long run for the next 2 weeks followed by a final week of soaking it all in. :)
