Happy East

Yesterday, my friend Mike and I ran a trail training half-marathon. I also walked 7 km. Today, I ran 21 km with Janet, completed a 35 minute run/walk with Janet and BumbleG, and also solo walked for about 8 km/ Overall a tad over 32 km today and a little over 28 km yesterday.

A great 10k with the clinic. The weather was iffy early but it cleared up and ended up being perfect running weather.

4 miles paved while it was still raining. Then brunch with my mom and a walk at Lynn Canyon (her first time there!). Now the sun is out!

We started out with a one hour walk on the trail, ending at the coffee shop as it opened at 10. :)

15k in the late afternoon. It was also the hottest part of the day, 14C and sunny.
