Wind Warning Monday

Hoping to get out in a bit and try and beat the strong winds that are coming.

Hope everyone who raced this weekend take a well earned rest day.

12k done. It was windy, but not wind warning windy yet.

This morning was a beautiful, bright sunny winter morning in Ottawa....too bad it's April. 7.5 km run commute x 2
