7.5 km run commute this morning - I opted to take the bus home, so just a 2km snow-slog home from the bus stop.

Wednesday was 35 minutes on the elliptical, followed by core work and stretching.

Physio in the evening - felt really good to get some of the soreness from Sunday worked on.

4.7 miles, mostly trails (just not the last bit back to the car. Lovely day, wore a running skirt for the first time this year. :)

It was my first run in a week due to sore/tight hips that don't want to loosen up. I think I will need some physio and/or massage to sort that out. :/
