Good morning! Managed to get myself out of bed this morning and to the gym, for 3.5 miles on the elliptical. It was nice to get some exercise. :)

Could be warmer – it's 4˚C here right now, but at least the sun is shining. I stopped to take a few pictures while I was out for my 5.8 km: the real reason I always have my iPhone with me.

Speedwork Tuesday: 1 x about 740m threshold, aborted the planned workout when the hamstring started to tighten up. About 10K of slow jogging instead.

Dry and cool here. Back to our regular Tuesday night runs now that the clinic is done. A former clinic participant joined us which was nice as we were low on numbers due to folks on vacation and battling colds.
I did an IT tape on my funky knee and it felt ok, it's definitely better than it was on Sunday.

2019 plans - Sun Run Clinic (as usual), make it past tax season with sanity intact, start training, Chicago Marathon !!!
