I meant to run Wednesday but ended up on the couch instead.

Lazy day today (i.e.: didn't get to the gym this morning), but 5.5 miles on the elliptical yesterday morning.

Thanks to travelling home the day after Boston, then working or having company since, I really haven't slept more than the minimum since the race. I am SO looking forward to having absolutely no plans for Saturday morning. My body is craving just a little more sleep and a little more rest. :)

I'll make three for the price of one by adding in my Friday morning run of a bit over 8k.

Tonight was hill repeats but my run was pretty feeble. My knee was feeling pretty glitchy but it was actually my lungs that really slowed me down. I'm over my cold just in time for allergy season :(.

Wednesday was a rest day. Thursday was a lovely but windy 6km along the river for my last pre-marathon run. Resting today, travelling tomorrow.
