Speedwork: 6x1K threshold (down to about 3:50/K) with 200m jog recoveries + WU/CD for 14K. Probably my best run in over a month and hopefully I'll be able to ramp up the mileage soon so that I can change from round shape back to marathon shape.

8K on a much nicer evening for a run than my last adventure, LOL.
