14 miles done early this morning. Hot but not as humid as yesterday.

10.7 km this morning, longest run of the comeback tour. And yoga is helping with the hamstring/glute medius issues. This probably only makes sense if you've been following me on the Facebook.

10k run around Burnaby Lake followed by a tailgate potluck get together.

Our run was in Bryan's crews "territory", his gang joined us for the run around the lake - it looked like the opening scene of Westside story - there we were hanging around the parking lot when Bryan and his crew came striding across the road from Fit First.
