Yesterday was 10K, and today is probably elliptical and a trainer session. Scotia may be a PW, but I'm so much more overall fit than before.

4k on the trails for me today, and once again, I tripped on a tree root. Fortunately, I was able to maintain my balance and did not fall. All my runs so far this week have been on the trails; it is harder but I prefer trails to hot asphalt in the summer.

Good job! That's one of the worst feelings in the world. That instant feeling of panic and helplessness, followed by a second or two of organized chaos as your body tries to sort itself out and stay upright and finally that feeling of either "phew that was close" if you pull it off, or "oh this could hurt" as you realize you're about to go down.

Been there done that . . . many times . . . LOL
