Going out for lunch with 4 friends.

Day 9 of 90 days of action from the darebee site on my schedule but it might be pushed to tomorrow. Small child woke up before my work out alarm, and with DH traveling for work I couldn't just pretend I didn't hear him ;) I'll try to fit it in this evening.

no Thai for me today, still need to figure out dinner for tonight. 7 miles done with some intervals. Last real workout until the race this Sunday.

Five kilometers in the woods for me. I'm not sure which ethnicity our dinner will be; I do know it will involve lots of garden veggies. (I swear I'm going to turn into a string bean.)

I ended up having chicken Thai salad. Must have been subliminal.

I have a mango Thai curry sauce to go with all the leftover salmon from yesterday. No running to report.
