I ran down to the cove (just 1.5 miles) to meet my mastermind group and we did quarry rock as a group and did the masterminding at the top. It was a nice change from our usual coffee shop but I was starving by the time I got home. Gorgeous day.

I was sorry to have to miss the island 5k on Sunday because of a conflict, so I signed up for the beer run at Ontario Place this weekend. My right glut (piriformis?) is being unpleasant with me, so I wonder if this was a great idea, but we'll see. Did intervals on Monday and a 6 km run with 1 km at race pace today to see how I'll do (set targets). Not going to be remarkable, but shouldn't be crushing. :P At least there'll be beer at the end. (And a friend's wedding later in the day.)
Marathons: 1; 30k: 2; Half marathons: 6; Shorter: Um, I've lost track

XC speedwork: 10 x (45 seconds hard, 45 seconds easy) + WU/CD for 8K. I didn't have a lot of jump for this one.

DId my C25K W2D2 after work. Legs felt dead but got it done. I think I need to have a quick bite at work just before end of day to ensure I have enough energy. Also did some upper body work later that night and felt like I could have kept going.
