Trail running Sunday
Trail running Sunday
10 miles in Gatineau Park this morning, perfect running weather.
Re: Trail running Sunday
Knee felt OK this morning so I tried a walk/run thing. Managed 10 times (250m slow run, 200m walk). Fingers crossed this is a good sign.

Re: Trail running Sunday
Soggy Sunday in the K-W area. I did a 2 hour walk/run/walk into the Waterloo RR and then joined my friends Janet and Mike for a 2 hour LSD run! The weather was- drizzle/steady rain/drizzle/cloudy.
Re: Trail running Sunday
Ran the Scotia half this morning. My time of 2:03:50 does not reflect the strength of my run, but it does reflect my drastically reduced training levels. Still, I felt like it was a great race, and very much in line with what I could have expected. I felt great the entire time, and never stopped running.

Re: Trail running Sunday
It was a damp morning today but no wind and a decent temperature so can't complain too much. Did 8k, I'm not sure if the pace was as qui as yesterday but my lungs were definitely complaining.

Re: Trail running Sunday
Rest day-I'm so stiff I don't think I could run today if I wanted to. Plus the wind is gusting to 80km/h.

10 miles on the TM for me. I wanted to watch the Scotiabank Marathon so did both at the same time.
