Did 35 minutes of walk/run on the TM before work today. Track cycling (part 2) tonight. :D

Not sunny here, been raining all day. 6 miles done in Gatineay Park, lots of hills!

5 min bike then hated it so much I did 15 min walk instead. Then a round of weights
