Freezing Friday

It really wasn't that cold today but I was a little underdressed so I felt really cold the whole run.

Not cold here unless you are in the wind. We did our last bits of present shopping this morning and then had a nice lunch to celebrate being done. I went down to the TM this afternoon and did a 5K walk, followed by my strength and stretch routine. Now to find that bottle of rum that keeps calling me....

Events in 2018
Walking, Yoga, Soccer scrimmages and whatever else I can do
Hip replacement on September doing a variation of the None to Run plan
