2 x 7.5 km run commute - Boston training is moving along. I also joined the gym in my new work building so today I went to a strength training class for the first time.

7K on the TM tonight. 1K walk to warm up, 5K running and 1K walk to "cool down". And it is a virtual Friday for me as I am now only working Tuesday to Thursday each week!
