Thursday Sun Exposure
I didn't recognize the big yellow ball in the sky today.
-28 (-37WC) (but sunny) in the coulee this morning, 7k done.

Seems I vaguely remember something like a big, bright ball in the sky...Another gloomy day here in Sherbrooke, and another day of no running for me. I did cross-training by chopping the ice out of our driveway for 90 minutes; it was a workout!
