I found a new trail this morning. It made a slippery, damp, ice fog run fun. 6k done

Unfortunately nothing new on the run for me, same old 6 miles along the canal.

Wrong kind of new...Feeling sluggish and my knee was bugging me. Hopped on the TM but I had to get off and put on my knee strap for the first time in 3 months. Anyway, did 10K with 7K of running interspersed with 3K of walking. Today is another day.
