40 minutes in the powdery snow, including warmup/cooldown. How is it Wednesday already?

4.5 miles, with a bit of pavement, a bit of gravel, a bit of ice, and the rest trails.

I had a dr appointment in north van so I went dressed for a run, then ran up Lynn valley and down through the canyon to the bottom, hopped the bus from there.
