Wet Wednesday

Postby Habs4ever » Wed Feb 22, 2017 1:33 pm

Misting this morning.

Swim this morning, run this afternoon, lunch with DH between the two. Hard life.

Sunshine here, although we did get some wet snow last night. 14K done, legs still tired from Monday.

I just spent my running time window watching the NASA announcement instead of running.

Will make it up tomorrow.

Ran home from work on a lovely evening, had bad timing so had to wait for lights and a freight train.
I felt really good on the first hilly section but returned to my usual slogging for the rest of the hills.
Run was a great prescription after an irritating day - looking forward to the end of February when there will be a brief lull at work before tax season rampls up.

7.4 k done in 60 minutes.

2019 plans - Sun Run Clinic (as usual), make it past tax season with sanity intact, start training, Chicago Marathon !!!
