Thangy Thursday

Postby tayken » Thu Mar 09, 2017 8:50 am

Morning everyone,

-4 but feels like -11 with the windchill here today. I went for a nice LSD around 7am with a balaclava on. Ended up doing 12:15km in conditions that had slippery spots at times. Off to Europe on the weekend for a week, and won't be running. I'll get back at it when I return for final prep for ATB.

32km of trail breaking through fresh snow is hard.

Here's hoping I don't have to do that on Sunday.

7-ish k (I forgot to turn my watch on until 10 minutes in) on a drizzly evening. This was one of those days where I really didn't want to run tonight and then I ended up having a really strong run. I was starting to fade toward the end but I'm glad I didn't whimp out on the run.
