International Day of Awesomeness Friday

Postby ian » Fri Mar 10, 2017 11:31 am

(it's a thing with a website and everything)

The usual 14K but with weather that can't be dressed for" -20 WC -30 with dry blowing snow. Wear a mask and I'll slow-cook, go without and the headwind sections will freeze and scour my face.

5k easy on the treadmill where it's too warm. The fans were all used today.

I was going to work from home today but decided to go in to the office just for Friday morning training. So I took transit to my office and ran back... not quite all the way home but close enough. 9.6 miles is about 15.5km. It was much warmer than I was expecting and I actually drank the whole litre of water I brought, which I wasn't expecting.
