10K on the TM for me. The wind was way too cold for me today!

Had to jump out of the way to avoid getting hit by a car today. Note to drivers: When you're making a left hand turn, move your upper body around the windshield pillar so you can see if there is anyone crossing the street in the opposite direction. The pillar is between the drivers door and the left side of the windshield and you can't see the crosswalk unless you move your UPPER BODY around the blindspot to see if anyone is crossing the street. By the time you see the pedestrian it's usually too late.

An otherwise awesome 17k run.

So the weather was nice until 10am this morning, unfortunately I was running until 11:45 :?
23k done, we had to cut through a construction barricade to get on to the Burrard St Bridge, the sidewalk on the bridge was perfectly clear so I don't know why they had the stairs blocked off.
The weather got steadily worse, resulting in a very soggy, rather chilly dragon boat practice, I had a change of clothes so I didn't suffer too much but I will be happy when warmer weather shows up. Unfortunately the forecast is for rain all next week

but this is the good one! I love the evening light for running.

I wish they'd leave it the summer way.
