My older boy is home with a nasty cold

30 min dog walk and 15 min yoga

Boo to colds.

Fueling up for 32K this morning.
On the books for 2017:
50th Birthday!!
Boston Marathon- April 17th what a day- DREAM COME TRUE :dance:
Run for Water 10K- May 28th
Scotia Half - June 25th
Trail River Run half marathon- Sept. 30- CANCELLED
MEC 10K Race 10- Nov. 5

No sickies here, knock on wood! Five k covered today, 16 minutes of it my return to running programme, the rest walking.

I'm only sick in the head! :P

But taking an R&R day regardless. Napping and watching netflix, hanging with the puppy.

Eventually found the willpower to head out for a 28K shuffle through the new snow, starting to warm up (-15 WC -24).
