My favourite manatee is Barbara, of Veggie Tales fame:

8K for me tonight.

I woke up sneezing with a goofy runny nose and thought allergy season had arrived early, but while I was out on my run, I saw a bus go by and kick up a massive dust cloud that had me spitting out sand, LOL. Then it dawned on me that I had run the night before as well and probably sucked in a bunch of dust then too. Fun times this spring time running!

12.4K of hills with the group tonight. I took it slowly and somehow survived. Longest run in 9 months to boot....Didn't see any manatees out there.
