yeah really.... 24C! :shock:

Given our winter here in YVR this year, it seems like year's since we've seen those temps.

How about a short, long run? By 12k I knew I didn't have it in me to go long long. Actually I knew before I started but was hoping once I got going I would feel better. I stopped my garmin at 23k and walked the rest of the way home.

7km consisting of 6 x 3 min higher intensity efforts. This was after an appointment with an ophthalmologist where my pupils were as big as dinner plates.

9.4km trail walk with my friend Jill again (we're going to make this a weekly thing--will possibly add running when her physio clears her to).

Did 6k of track intervals. There were just two of us tonight. I was feeling quite cranky so ended up running on my own while listening to tunes. I was really happy that the rain let up this evening, I am so-o-o done with the rain.
