Songful Sunday

Postby Avis » Sun Apr 23, 2017 8:46 am

I have one of our choir concerts this afternoon, and before that, a family birthday celebration. I'll be doing more singing than running, but I hope you other Maniacs get out there and have a great run. It's a beautiful sunny day here in Québec, finally!

Did the Sun run 10k today with 40,000 of my running buddies. After hard runs on Thursday and yesterday I wasn't too optimistic about today. It ended up being fine, if slow. The weather cooperated for a change which made me really happy. Ended up finishing in 63 minutes.

Was the weather the reason for the smaller turnout this year?
