At least that's how it felt to me. A slow 8K on the trails in +30. First :shock: run of the year, LOL.

A little over 8km for me. It was largely hiking, more than running... tough section of trail, then popped out on pavement for the last bit to home.

34 degrees with humidex so we decided to go to the track! That was not a fun workout but we survived. Who turned on this humidity???
