Hey again,

Quick question for all the experienced runners out there: I had a mole removed from my very upper thigh (literally couldn't get any higher) last Friday, anyways I have the MB marathon (1/2 marathon) on June 18 and want to continue running but am worried about the stitches. I don't get them out till next Monday which is six days before the marathon.

Any suggestions for what I could put on it for a run (band aid's fall off fairly quickly due to the spot of the stitches). Should I just wait till the stitches come out to be safe and hope for the best come race day?

Any and all thoughts or suggestions are welcome.

I had a mole removed on my upper inner thigh and I was told I couldn't run until the stitches came out. Even then, I waited a few days after they came out to attempt any running. I had 7 stitches, so it was a fairly large chunk taken out.

Maybe something like Second Skin? It's a liquid bandage.
