Spontaneous entry into the Shoppers Love You 10K. I was dreading it in a way because of how rusty I am at racing. This is my first one of the year! So,time was 56:09. Good for second in my age group. Totally non competitive, but a good place to get my running mojo back. Very hot!!!!!

I left Medicine Hat, it was hot and sunny. I got to Calgary, it is raining and cold. I did not bring any long pants. I ran 3km on the treadmill. It is going to be warm tomorrow for the 8km Betty's run for ALS.
