Nap day Thursday

Didn't get to bed til 0300 this morning, so my afternoon looks like a nap

w1.5/r1.5/w3/r3 x 2 done again.

10K for me after work. Warm, but slightly overcast skies so it wasn't too bad.

4kms done on the treadmill. My right calf muscle felt tight. I could not bear the thought of running in the rain.
