Tempo Friday
I don't know what got into me this morning. Mile 1 was the usual slow barely breaking 13 min/mile. But then.... mile 2 at 11:25. Mile 3 at 11:07. Mile 4 at 10:21. Mile 5 at 10:59. I forgot to look at mile 6. Mile 7 was slower at 11:27, but still, wow! All this in steamy Seabrook where the low at night is only 82F, plus the humidity.

Good work! I don't envy your hot hot runs.

Re: Tempo Friday
No tempo for me, but up and out early for 27km. It started getting warm towards the end.
