11K for me this morning. Humidity was a non issue and the temperature was in the mid teens under blue skies. Really nice conditions.

10.3 km as 5 X 1 km intervals.

5km!

My first mon/wed/fri July commitment run, and also my first run since my ankle sprain a week ago. I was feeling the ankle a little but not bad. Will see how it responds tonight. Run was a little slow but I didn't walk, only stopped for a second to snap a pic. Lovely day and I needed the stress outlet.

Not too hot here, but boy, there were swarms of midges or fish flies or some other winged nuisance all over the trails in the woods. I did about 6k today, bugs be darned!
