5km done!

Slightly faster than Monday even though it was hot and I took two walk breaks and some photos.

Circuit class at work this morning.

It is hot out, so I am good with that for today.

I think HOT is the theme today. Stayed in on treadmill. 19 plus km today which included 14.4 tempo.

My phone says it's 19C but the sun felt hotter on my face when I was running.

I was out for my run before work, just before 7am and it was almost the perfect conditions. The sun was warm, but certainly not at all unbearable at all. I love this weather!!! 8.4K logged in before work today.

I just got back from coffee w/ some co-workers and it is very noticeably hotter out than earlier this morning.

ETA... I just realized this the first time in a year, if not more, that I've posted in the daily thread.

9K for me on the trails, but had to slow it down because it was hovering around 30.

Well, the humidex was 28 when I was out this morning--it felt hot to me, sunny and light breeze. I'm just not used to real summer yet/still, even though it's July. It was a very beautiful day here, just the same, and I covered about 5k.

I ended up going open water swimming tonight with a couple of friends. It turned out to be a perfect night to swim.
