Baking Thursday

Postby toobusy » Thu Jul 06, 2017 9:18 am

Planning on cookies at least

3:2 R\W today went well, now waiting on my pouting DS who didn't want to come to the gym. I suspect he is actually downstairs having a drink instead of working out

Too hot here to turn on the oven--but more steaming than baking. 8.3 sweaty kilometers covered today.

Baking pretty good here too. 10K for me after dinner to at least try and get out of the sun blaring down on me, LOL.
