Mellow Monday

Gosh, today just seems like one of those perfect storybook summer days: warm, a little humid, sunny, but with an early evening thunderstorm brewing up. I ran 4.5k in the woods this morning, before the temperature got too high.

11K for me on the trails this morning and the deer flies were coming out!

Finished the month with 10K this morning.
On the books for 2017:
50th Birthday!!
Boston Marathon- April 17th what a day- DREAM COME TRUE :dance:
Run for Water 10K- May 28th
Scotia Half - June 25th
Trail River Run half marathon- Sept. 30- CANCELLED
MEC 10K Race 10- Nov. 5
