Broke Thursday

Humidity finally broke at the lake. 10k earlier today with sister.

Phew,,,,, the title of thread had me worried! Glad to know it wasn't a part of your body that broke!

3kms. I found the air felt heavy. It was a slow pace tonight.

I did just short of 6k on a toasty evening, thankfully there was a breeze for most of the run. I was going to go for 6k but my glutes are sore from my walk commute yesterday and the mutinied at the end .
